	Ordinance - No Tobacco/Alcohol	This ordinance prohibits the use and/or possession of tobacco or alcohol products in the East Snyder Park.
	Ordinance - No Hunting	This ordinance prohibits hunting of any kind on Township lands.
	Ordinance - High Grass	This ordinance prohibits brush, grass and weeds in excess of 10 inches, removal thereof; providing for comopliance, remedies and penalties.
	Ordinance - Returned Check Fees	Establishes fees for returned check charges submitted to the Township.
	Ordinance - East Snyder Park Hours	Ordinance prohibits activity at the East Snyder Park between dusk and dawn withour prior written permission.
	Resolution - Municipal Records Manual	Resolution to ensure Penn Township disposes of any records according to statutory requirements.
	Resolution - Increase of Fees	Requests for Conditional Use Hearings, Special Exceptions, a Zoning Variance Request and/or an appeal to the Zoning Hearing Board would each be $300 (three hundred dollars).
	Resolution - Establish Park Fees	This resolution does establish certain fees for the users of East Snyder Park.
