This agreement to be completed by all organized sports groups
and returned to the township office.

*All groups and leagues are now required, per Resolution No. 2012-04, signed April 4, 2012, to pay an annual fee of one hundred dollars ($100). This fee must be paid before any reservations for park space can be accepted for your group or league.
