	Fireworks Permit Application	Application to apply for approval for a public display of fireworks.
	Amusement Tax Permit Application	Permit required to collect admission or entrance fees.
	Complaint Form	Form needed to file an official complaint.
	Right to Know Request Form	Used to request public information from Penn Township.
	Central Keystone COG Building Permit Application	Required to obtain a BUILDING permit, ensuring all building codes are met. This is NOT the same as a zoning permit.

	Conditional Use Application	Application to be used to apply for a Conditional Use request to be heard by the Board of Supervisors.
	Sub Division or Land Development Application	Application for subdividing or developing land.
	Road Cut Permit Application	Application Required to open or cut any public street in Penn Township.
	Zoning Permit Application	Application required to locate, erect, reconstruct, extend, enlarge, convert, alter or move a structure in Penn Township
	Driveway Permit Application	Application to be completed, reviewed and approved to connect a private driveway to any Penn Township roadway.
	Waiver Application	Application to apply for a waiver of the land requirement to submit a waiver from the Penn Township requirement for Land Development
	Flood Plain Development Permit	Application for development/building within designated Flood Zones.
	Zoning Hearing Application	Used to apply for a zoning variance.
	Recycling Agreement	Permit required to use recycling center.
	Compost Site Agreement	Application for Compost Permit
	Subdivision and Land Development Fee Schedule	This document is to be used to determine the fees that need to be submitted with Subdivision and Land Development Applications
