	Ordinance - No Tobacco/Alcohol	This ordinance prohibits the use and/or possession of tobacco or alcohol products in the East Snyder Park.
	Ordinance - No Hunting	This ordinance prohibits hunting of any kind on Township lands.

	Resolution - Increase of Fees	Requests for Conditional Use Hearings, Special Exceptions, a Zoning Variance Request and/or an appeal to the Zoning Hearing Board would each be three hundred dollors ($300).

	Ord 2014-01 Parking and Weather Emergencies	This ordinance restricts parking on PennTownship roads during a weather advsiory and 8 hours following the same weather advisory.
	Ord 2014-02 Speed Limit Old Colony Road	This ordinance reduces the speed on one section of Old Colony Road from 40 mph to 25 mph.
	Ord 2014-03 Speed Limit Clifford Road.	This ordinance reduces the speed limit on Clifford Road between Salem Road and Route 522 from 35 mph to 25 mph.
	Ord 2015-02 Outdoor Hydronic Heater Ordinance	This ordinance will aid in the prevention and control of air pollution from the use of outdoor hydronic heaters, aka...outdoor wood-fired furnaces, outdoor wood burning appliances or outdoor hydronic heaters.
	Holding Tank Ordinance 2018-2	This ordinance provides for a posible holding tank to be placed on a property if all other avenues of securing sewage disposal are unavailable.
	2015-05 LST Ordinance	This ordinance imposes a local service tax (LST) for general revenue purposes on all individuals for the privilege of engaging in occupations within the Township.
